Cauliflower, Tahini & Date Smoothie

A delicious smoothie that is loaded with lots of nutrients, antioxidants & fiber.

INGREDIENTS:
150g almond milk, cold and preferably homemade
100g cauliflower florets, frozen
100g banana, frozen
50g tahini
3 MyJool Medjool dates
20g espresso coffee (optional)
1 tsp Ceylan cinnamon
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp maca powder
5 ice cubes
DIRECTIONS:
Add all ingredients to the blender and blend until completely smooth (add extra milk or water if needed).
Sprinkle some cinnamon and add cacao nibs & toasted sesame seeds.
Enjoy very cold! ⏳ It lasts up to 3 days in the fridge.
